Adobe Photoshop 2019 Brush Lag

I run an iMac Pro on High Sierra with a 3.2 GHz Intel Xeon W processor, 32 GB 2666 MHz DDR4 of memory and Radeon Pro Vega 56 8176 MB graphics. While drawing in photoshop with the brush about two hours in, I noticed that the brush started to skip and then refill the line. I don't know what caused this delay, however my temporary solution I found here: Photoshop 2019 Mixer Brush Lag  by checking the "Use Legacy Compositing." So far by using this, it doesn't happen, but when I uncheck the box, it happens. Please fix this, Adobe.
