adobe photoshop 2020 and 2021 keep crashing

With every new updates there seem to be a new problem with adobe application these days. 

My photoshop 2021 keep crashing when trying to rezise a image, I downloaded the 2020 version and that too is crahing when rezising a image.  Who else is having this problem?
