Adobe Photoshop 2021 not letting me "save as" or "save"

Hi everyone, Ive been trying all day to figure out why Photoshop its not letting me save anything. I searched for similar posts about the issue, I reseted Photoshop Preferences, I reseted photoshop overall, I uninstalled and installed photoshop again and its still does nothing when I press on Save as or Save, although when I close it gives me the pop up to save the unsaved files but when I press save it doesnt do anything. HELP PLEASE, I have a wedding to finish editing and its busy season.
I use a MacBook Pro, I havent updated to the macOS Catalina 10.15.7 because of all the issues that its been presenting to users.
