I'm usind adobe photoshop cc2017 but resently I've started worked with cc2022. I have noticed that cc2022 is totally different from previus version, so on high graphic demand which version will be suitable for me? Any one can explain me?

Since I used 2017 version really long ago, I don't exactly remember the additions and differences but I do remember that with each update they kept adding nicer updates to various functions, the recent being the alt/option and shift command works quite different from earlier versions. Now, you can use transform tool without using the shift key and it doesn't distort the object. So, yes if you compare from 2017 a lot of UI and UX has changed for the better. It'll take some time to adjust to the new version but I suggest see some tutorials or courses before deleting your old version just to be sure if all those new features would even help you !

I have noticed that cc2022 is totally different from previus version

What is that supposed to mean?

What is actually different, except irrelevant aspects like the default transform behaviour, Save As behaviour, …?

Why don’t you install Photoshop 2022 (and make sure not to uninstall the obsolete version) and see for yourself how it performs with your hardware?
