Adobe Photoshop 2023 crashes

Hi, I have installed adobe photoshop 2023 version in Latitude 7280 Core i5 6th generation but when I run the application it crashes after opening. Please suggest a solution to this problem I have to design logos for a business partner that is working on Balloons Delivery in New York City, it is urgent.

    Photoshop system requirements

     

    Your notebook is likely simply too old and too weak.

    Are you sure, my machine is too old and weak? According to market research, I found this machine is better than other products in core i3.
