Adobe photoshop: adding panel

I'm installing a beauty retouch panel to Adobe photoshop by following all steps but when I came to the software I didn't find it what might be the problem and what I'm supposed to do ?

    If this was a plug-in, do you want to share the name of it? Have you contacted the developers for support? What were your steps to install it and where did you look for it. Screenshots will help us to help you.

     

    Also, are you using Photoshop on four devices? We can untag the ones you are not using.
