Adobe photoshop CC 2015.5 has stopped working

A few days ago photoshop was working fine, then it stopped working and I get message "Adobe photoshop CC 2015.5 has stopped working", I have not installed any new products on my computer. I have searched online help & tried a few options, disable graphic drive, log out of adobe account and back in, started computer in safe mode & made a new account & on all attempts photoshop fails. The error log is.

Photoshop is trying to use some windows function through "ntdll.dll" and it is failing.  Make sure all you Windows device drivers are up to date for all your devices.  Display, Printer, Network, nouse, tablet etc
