Adobe Photoshop Creative Cloud V22.5

Since updating to Adobe Photoshop Creative Cloud V22.5 Photoshop wont load. on Windows 10 Pro.

All other Creative Cloud apps load ok. Uninstall and reinstall of photoshop didn't fix it. Full uninstall and reinstall of all apps and Creative Cloud.

Please help!

Hi @kmacca007 I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having. I'm running Windows 10 Pro and the latest v22.5 is working for me. Several other system things must be going on. Does yours meet all the requirements to run PS? Here are the updated notes from Sep 2, 2021: Photoshop system requirements (adobe.com)

 

I'm assuming you've done a full shutdown of your computer to clear out any fragments or temporary files. A disk clean up might help as well.

 

What was the last version that ran successfully for you? Can you revert to an earlier version?
