I purchased this product for my daughter and she was never able to install the software due to the email filters at her school.  Can you help?  I believe it is unsupported now, further complicating the matter.  Thank you.

What year did you buy it. Adobe stopped marketing the 7 years ago.  If you just purchased it  you have been scammed.

I purchased it in 2012.  I just found the box and the receipt and realized she was never able to install it.  We never used the software.  Adobe required a school email, and she could not receive emails from outside the school organization.

What's precluding you from installing CS6 on your current system and activating it with the serial number? I'm not even sure why you need an e-mail address if you have the boxed disks.

NOTE 1 : Legacy Creative Suite installers won't work on macOS Sierra, High Sierra or Mojave without terminal workarounds. See the help article below.

NOTE 2: Creative Suite cannot run on Catalina. Either downgrade your OS, set-up a virtual machine or get all new, 64-bit software. Your choice. https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/plans.html

NOTE 3: Legacy Creative Suite is discontinued & unsupported. Use at your own risk.

Beware of fake Adobe reps who may contact you privately offering to sell you software or take control of your computer. It's a scam, run away!
