Adobe photoshop elements 2018 & print studio pro

Hello,

I have just purchased adobe photoshop elements 2018, looking to link with print studio pro. But on  the readme section it says

You can start Canon Print Studio Pro from following versions of

  application programs.

  - Adobe Photoshop CS5/CS5.1/CS6

  - Adobe Photoshop CC/CC 2014/CC 2015/CC 2015.5/CC 2017

  - Adobe Photoshop Elements 11/12/13/14/15

  - Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 3/4/5/6

  - Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC 2015

  - Digital Photo Professional Ver.3.12 or later

Does this mean i have now wasted my money as i cant get them to talk?? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

    TY Bob i have tried it and it does not work, i have downloaded a trial of 15 and it does work. So i will go down the refund route and purchase 15 on this occasion.
