    Hello, which version are you trying to install? according to this document, https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/photoshop-and-macos-catalina.html only versions from the current 20.0.6 will install on Catalina.

    Well if the apps aren't working on Catalina you may well need to revert to the OS that the apps were working on, lots of people are having issues with the latest MacOS, as with any new OS update it's best to hold off updating until all the bugs are ironed out
