I just purchased an Adobe PS apps and after intalling, I am still in a 7-day gree trial version. I yried to install updates and I am still in a 7-day trial version!

 

Adobe PS, may I know what's going on?

This is the same comment that I have on top relatwd to CS6 or something? I might be wrong the item deacription that I paid for butnit's on PS and Lr with Adobe order detail number ADD044961036PH dated 26-January-2020 for Photography Plan (20GB). I checked my account details at "My Plan" and even tried to upgrade the status yet I am still redirected to payment options for the same Photography Plan! Seems to me that my purchase has gone unknown?

Please do advise, Adobe!
