adobe stinks!

I hate adobe anything...

 

Their customer service is horrible.. I cannot talk to anyone who can figure out my problem. Every time i try i get some guy in bangladesh who says the minimum requirement is 4 gigs of ram, or i need at lease 200 gigs of storage, and i dont meet these requirements...  even though i REPEATEDLY tell them i have 40 gigs of ram, and about 7 terrabytes of avaialbe storage... they just dont comprehend...

 

and i have tried to call the  1-800 number and it says that help for my software is no longer available via telephone... and i have to go to bangladesh...   so then i call Corporate.. and they send me BACK to the 800number, whcih sends me to bangladesh, who tell me i dont meet the minimum requiremnets..

 

so then i try to contact their operator at corporate, and that goes right to a voice mail and it NEVER goes anywhere because all it asks is for the company directory ...

 

so if ADOBE has any SOUL, they would have people in the UNITED STATES who i can physically talk to to help... they would get rid of their overseas switchboard, and they would have people at their corporate HQ who can speak as a human and get help to those who ask...

    Now don't be shy, tell us how you really feel. Yes, a company the size of Adobe with as many products as they have is going to have a terrible time providing good help, or even decent help. That's one reason these forums are here, where volunteers try to help people. Most of the people on these forums know Adobe products better than Adobe, so it's often better to start here first. There are many things that we can't do that only an Adobe staff member can, and we will be upfront about it and tell you.

    Do you still have a problem, or do you just need to vent? Ventings fine, we all need to do it some time. But if you still have an issue, post it and hopefully someone here can help, and if they can't, and you're having difficulty with the help system, we might be able to alert someone at Adobe who can help. Very sorry that you're having such a difficult time. Let us know what we can do.

    Apart from that, can you state your Photoshop version and OS and details of the particular issue you’re having. By the way, this is a peer-to-peer support forum.
