ADOBE SYSTEM (repeated requests to sign in to Gmail)

I am facing a very strange issue and it’s becoming really frustrating. Every time I use Adobe software, especially when I am working on AI-generated videos and YouTube thumbnails, Adobe keeps asking me to log in with my Gmail again and again. Even if I log in, after a short time it automatically logs me out, and sometimes it even asks me to re-verify. I recently created a completely new Gmail ID thinking it might solve the issue, but the same problem is happening with the new account too.

I also checked my browser and cleared cache/cookies, even tried on another browser, but the problem is still there. I contacted the support team, and they told me it could be related to Gmail settings. Has anyone else faced this kind of issue? Is this actually a Gmail problem, or is it something wrong with Adobe’s login system? Please guide me if there’s any permanent fix.

Hi @FAIZAN GRAPHICS, welcome to the Photoshop Community Forums! Let's try to get this figured out. Here are a few things you can try:

1. Clear Adobe credentials from your system (Credential Manager on Windows or Keychain Access on macOS).

2. Temporarily turn off antivirus/firewall, as they can interfere with Adobe’s login system.

3. Reinstall the Creative Cloud desktop app using the Adobe Cleaner Tool: https://adobe.ly/46EzZNV

4. Make sure third-party cookies are enabled in your browser. Adobe's logging in via Incognito mode.

5. Consider enabling two-step verification on your Adobe account—it’s helped some users stabilize their login sessions.

Hope it helps! Let us know if any of these steps work for you. ^CH

More detail might help:
What platform and browser are you using?
How do you log in? Via Creative Cloud?
There's an app (Adobe Account Access app
<>)
for
password-free login if you're on a tablet or phone. Why not for desktops
is a mystery to me. I use facial recognition/fingerprint/numerical code
and password options on my laptop (Windows) and might get prompted for the
keyboard options 5% of the time, depending on the circumstances, and almost
always have the option to use an alternative to the default sign-in for the
app or website.

That's really frustrating!

"Adobe software" -- which apps? One or all?

I take it that you use your Gmail account to log into Creative Cloud and Photoshop? I'm leery of Gmail since it always seems to be in the news for hack attacks.

Question: what does a browser have to do with this problem? Are you using photoshop online, lightroom web, behance, fonts?
