Adobe thinks I have an active subscription but PhotoShop does not.

Trying to log in to photoshop but it keeps telling me my trial is over and I must purchase but Adobe.com shows my account is active and has been for some time.  It appears that Photoshop is checking against an email address that is different from the one on file at Adobe.  The Adobe information is what I have been using and I don't know where or how the other email address got into the system.  

Any ideas on how to correct this?
