Question

Adobe Will Not Let Me Log Into my School Account

This is really strange. Up until about a week ago, I never had a problem. Suddenly, when I try to login into my Adobe school account, I get the following error message:

Account type not supported

Continue with a different account to access the service.

Here's the bizarre part. This message appears only on one computer. When I log into Adobe on another PC, using the same exact email address and password, it logs me in immediately, no problem. I'm really scratching my head. Any idea why this is happening, and how to fix it?

Thank You.

Try resetting the CC App.
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:

Bob, thank you. I just realized I can't do any of these suggested steps. I'm using a school computer and do not have Admin rights to perform any of these tasks. And with the school shut down for the holidays, I can't get help till the new year. No biggie. I'll just wait till then. I've got two other laptops where the CC app works fine.

Thanks Again. Happiest of Holidays to you and yours.

Is your firewall blocking it?
