After an overnight windows update jpegs save at 5

After an overnight win 10 update, a few things seem to be scrambled. One is the .jpeg default save size. It seemed that in the past if I saved the last photo at 10/12 that saving the next was automatically offered 10/12.

After the update, it defaults to 5, every single time, no matter what I saved the prev photo as.

This is becoming annoying as I have a few hundred photos to edit.

Does anyone have any insight?

Kind Regards

Hi H3yw00d,

Sorry that the Jpeg file "Save as" default in Photoshop is not set to 10/12.

Photoshop is set to choose the last used save settings unless the app preferences are set to something else or are corrupted.

Could you please restore Photoshop preferences to default as mentioned in this article: Preferences in Photoshop and let us know if that helps in resolving the problem.

Thanks,

Akash
