After installing CC 2019, new features are not working.

I am using CC on a PC/ windows 10 Pro. I have installed the October 18 updated, but when in photoshop, I can't see the new tools content aware fill, multiple undo isn't working, live blend mode preview, Symmetry mode. New features don't seem to be working for me. What am I doing wrong?

It a new Workspace sort of you should see it in the edit menu and a selection is requires to be active to be able to select the content aware fill Edit Menu item. Please post you CC 2019 menu Help>System Info. Copy and paste here.
