After opening Photoshop 22.4.2 with newly installed Mac OS Big Sur 11.4 (20F71) ....

the images are just fluttering. I am unable to use Photoshop and honestly I am so frustrated, because in the last year I have stopped using Photoshop because there seems to be a problem every time I try to use it. My subscription is basically useless and I am paying for it out of pocket with no way to use it. Feels like doomsday here. Like the universe doesn't want me to work on Photoshop ever. Any help is appreciated.

    Sorry to hear about your experience. 

    I don't have a solution, but maybe if you try to reset the preferences will work, here the instructions:

    Another Option: You may try the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool

    To remove the existing app installation & reinstall once done.

     

    Another option: install a previous version of Photoshop

    Go to the creative cloud app and click on the 3 dots next to Photoshop app to see more options and select other versions

    you can install a previous version of Photoshop and maybe that will work, sometimes there are bugs and you have to update the system
