After re I installing my os setup I photoshop 2022 is not working

I am using iMac and my photoshop was working nicely of 2022 after i have re setup my os now photoshop 2021 is only instaling on my c instead of 2022 how come it got down grade ?

please help i am using os 10.15.7 catalina

ver 24 is not showing on my icloud app

@KIRTAN CREATIVE there is currently on 3 versions of Photoshop available from the Creative Cloud app, 2021 (22.2), 2023 (24.xx) and 2024 (25.xx)
