After update to 2021 some functions are slow

Question

Hello, I updated to PS 2021 some days ago and encountered following annoying issues:

- changing opacity under layer section kinda slow. Only after choosing one opacity percentage, it changes.

- enabling and disabling the layer eye icon does sometimes does not show changes. So for instance, I got twenty layers. And i want to see the total before after. Although i deselected all layers, it shows the same image as when I did enable (eyes are "on") all layers

- zooming in and out sometimes does not work.

- I am using healing brush a lot. When selecting a spot that it is supposed to copy from, it lags.

I already updated my graphics driver. With PS 2020 none of the above mentioned were noticed.

A few questions.What operating system are you running?How much memory do you have (or have left)?How old is your computer? Reason being these may have an impact on your speed.  I have a brand new PC Tower, and I have not experienced any issues.  Thus, this information is relevant for people to problem solve your situtation.I could  not view the PNG.... just insert it as image into the text box next time.
