After updating and using Photoshop 24.1.1, my Samsung OLED monitor continuously blinks.

But other adobe software is fine. Only Photoshop has such a problem, so it shouldn't be a problem with my screen.

There was a problem in the morning, but now it is night, the flickering issue has been resolved, and the monitor is back to normal. So the voltage in my house may not be stable in the morning.
