Each time I open version 23.2.1 my plugins disappear. I reload them and the next time I open Ps they continue to disappear. I need help. Please help. I am running on Windows 10.

After having experienced the plugin disappearance problem two successive
times, I believe I have discovered the reason why. First some background.
Over the past 6-8 months I have experienced this same problem, it seems,
whenever Adobe did an update to Ps or the Adobe Cloud and perhaps whenever
there was an update to Windows10. However, after downloading and
reinstalling the plugins, I have never experienced what I did yesterday,
that being that each time I restarted Ps I once again lost the plugins.
When I awoke this morning I realized 1) I did not have an image loaded in
Ps when I reinstalled the plugins and 2) I had not saved my workspace to a
new name after reinstalling the plugins. So, this morning I opened an image
in Ps and then reinstalled my five plugin panels. Once I had docked the
panels I immediately saved the new workspace under a new name. That appears
to have solved the problem. I closed out Ps and re-opened it several times
with an image from Bridge and the plugins were still docked. I then shut
down my computer and then restarted it and then opened an image from Bridge
into Ps and the plugins were still there. There may be a lesson to be
learned here; only time will tell. It now seems prudent to me to not fool
around with reinstalling the plugins until I have an image loaded in Ps.
And, just to be sure, I'm going to save my Ps workspace under a new name
each time an update causes my plugins to disappear, causing a need to
reinstall the plugins.
