After updating to Photoshop 25.9, pressing the Eraser tool shortcut (E) immediately returns to the B

After updating to Photoshop 25.9, I was having trouble because pressing the eraser tool shortcut (E) immediately returned to the brush tool.
I solved it with the method you suggested.

After updating to Photoshop 25.9, pressing the Eraser tool shortcut (E) immediately returns to the Brush tool.
Even downgrading to v25.7 or v25.6 does not fix the problem.

Only the eraser tool with "spring loaded tool shortcuts" has a bug.
