Question

After using Photoshop without an internet connection, I lost all of my settings

All of my brushes that I've made over the past 7 months are suddenly gone and even the multiple brush packs I had installed are gone too. My custom workspace is gone too. When I click on the name of the workspace, it just stays on the default one. When I try to save, it brings up a popup window about saving to the cloud I havn't seen since I first downloaded Photoshop, which is because I disabled it. Basically, everything has been reset and the program acts like this is my first time using it.

When I used Photoshop without an internet connection I kinda expected the usuall settings to not be there. Now that I got my internet back up and running, however, I really want to know why the settings and brushes I've had for nearly a year still aren't there anymore. Is it really because I used photoshop without an internet connection?

Hi @kimberlyn69938149

You didn't say how long was your internet connection out. Did it go past the grace period where your software license has to be validated by Adobe Servers?

Thanks for your reply! It had to have been out for no more than 10 hours. How long is the grace period?

Never mind it's a month.
