AI Generative limit for enterprise?

Ive been hearing from some people that the Generative AI in Photoshop has a 25 use limit per month for enterprise users? Does anyone know if there is any basis to this claim or does this appear to be just a rumor?

If some are reporting a different limit than what is listed on the Adobe website, it is possible that some enterprises have an individually negotiated contract with different limits for some things. For example, some schools arrange agreements that do not include some Creative Cloud services that are part of the publicly listed individual plans.

According to this HelpX article, it's 1,000 credits per month per user on an All Apps Enterprise plan
