AI models don't show

Hi,

Except one model, the AI models don't show in Photoshop:
 

I have logged out/in in CC​​​​​​, restarted PS, but nothing works. How can I fix this?

I have an enterprise plan, that shows no issue. I also have a personal profile, could that be an issue here?
