"Align with layer" in Gradient layer stop working

  1. Create a gradient layer
  2. Disable gradient layer check ”align with layer”
  3. Crop the image with crop tool

Expected behaviour:

Image cropping doesn’t affect gradient position

 

Actual behaviour:

Image cropping affects gradient position, which is anchred to layer size.

    I see the behavior, but I also see that it is fixed in the latest Photoshop (beta) available via the Creative Cloud desktop apps > Beta apps. Could you also install the latest Photoshop Beta and check if the issue still exists.

      Hi ​@Sameer K , gradient layer bug is still presenbt in v27.7 and 27.8 beta. Plis can u hurry up qith this? I’ve a bunch of work blocked by this issue,
