All cloud documents are suddenly missing!

I logged into photoshop yesterday to find that it's forgotten about everything I had saved to the cloud! In the attached photos, everything with the green check mark (cloud documents) gives me the error message pictured. I'm sure I'm logged into the correct Adobe account (the one I am using to post now), I've checked deleted files and I've tried accessing my files directly through creative cloud. None of it has worked! I wish someone from Adobe would look into my particular case but I'm finding it hard to contact them directly. Help! My comic book is in danger!
