All my settings reset back to default on their own

When I turned on my pc today I realized all my Adobe apps went back to fresh instllation. All settings are reset. Recent documents are forgotten. Keyboard shortcuts forgotten. How do I fix this?

It sound like your user ID Photoshop Application data was lost so Photoshop setup Your User ID a new set of  user Application data for Photoshop containing Adobe defaults.   If you has a backup your system you may be able to recover your old photoshop user id application data from your backup.

Do you have more than one user account on the computer?

When you say PC are you refering to a Windows system?

Yes, two use accounts, and Windows 10.
