All of my toolbars are gone after my computer crashed.

I don't know what happened, I was adding noise to my work then my laptop crashed. When I reopened Photoshop I found that all of the toolbars are gone (the ones on the left I opened them using Windows, I tried with the Workspaces but nothing shows up. My assignment is due in 30 minutes and I can't risk reinstalling the app right now, please help 😞
