All Presets Vanishing Randomly

Hi, small issue. All brushes, styles etc have randomly vanished over the past few days. They were able to withstand updates, but a few days ago all my styles went away, and today all my brushes have gone. It will take way too long to go through all vendors, download, and install one-by-one, and I can't find a way to bulk import styles etc. Is there a way I can prevent this from happening again?
