All shortcuts stop working after saving PSD.
After saving a file, all shortcuts stop working entirly. I'm on Windows 10.
I've closed all other open apps, restarted, all the usual, many times over. The problem persists.
Any thoughts?

SOLVED.
Uninstall windows language packs and reinstall them. I had a Maori (NZ) language pack installed. Uninstalled it, and re-installed English (New Zealand). Fixed the problem. Looks as though it's a windows bug more than an Adobe one. Though this bug is not only limited to New Zealand language packs.
