Can you make 32 bit avalible for EVERYTHING like smart filters, magic wand, filter gallery etc. I really HATE that you have to convert to 16 bit for magic wand etc. This NEEDS to change!

What makes you feel you need more than 16-bit of encoding (which really isn't 16-bit) for editing?

I need color, it's important

I'm sorry, that makes no sense.

We're talking about encoding and bit depth, not color per se. I think you need to read this:

Then maybe we can get back to why, there is no need to be working with the functionality you requested in anything more than "16-bits' per color (which isn't happening in Photoshop anyway).
