Alt-Backspace taking two hits to work? CC 2018

I need to press Alt-Backspace two times in a row to get it to fill foreground color after updating to CC 2018 this morning. Is there a setting change I need to make or is this a bug? Thanks for a quick reply. This is a big part of my job as a comic book colorist and driving me nuts today.

This is resolved in Photoshop 19.0.1 which was just released.

If you don't see the Photoshop update in your Creative Cloud application, then click in flyout in upper right corner and choose "Check for App Updates".

Same Issue here.

I may expect a few bugs in a new feature on release day - but not on such an old and frequently used shortcut

I'm surer a fix won't be long in coming.

See this response from an Adobe employee in another thread. Here's hoping it gets fixed soon as I rely heavily on keyboard shortcuts.

"There is an issue with the Alt+ modifier key on Windows we are investigating. This is not an intentional change."

I am having this problem and am super, super irritated about this. On top of CC 2018 being considerably more of a resource hog, now there is this issue. I have been messaging with a designer friend at another company today and we are both flabbergasted about how this could ever be allowed to happen. We are both considering rolling back to 2017 until this is fixed, since we have no other viable alternative to Photoshop.

To avoid redundant posts, I also already posted more about it in another thread about this problem.
