Alt-click with surface pen?

I recently subscribed to CC after purchasing a surface book performance base. Is there a way to (Alt-click) with the pen when the keyboard is not available for tools such as clone stamp? Is there any work-around for this issue? I've been searching and there doesn't seem to be any help out there.

      Have you tried using the Photoshop Modifier Keys Pallet for an Alt touch key? I do not know if the Surface touch and Pen support can be use simultaneously. Pen may turn off touch support.
