Alt key is broken and I need a replacement

My left alt key is completely broken and I've gotten used to using my left hand to zoom out and use the eyedropper. I want to replace the alt key with a different key and I decided on C because I hardly ever crop stuff enough to need a shortcut for it. However I can't find a way to reconfigure the switch to eye dropper and zoom out shortcuts.
