Alt Right-click not brush size anymore

Not sure what happened but when I push Alt and Right-click I'm not able to adjust brush size.  Instead I get the color picker.  How can I change it back?

    Today when I turned the computer on everything was back to normal.  Still unsure what the issue was but it's fixed.

    hey, did you get the resize brush problem anytimeagain?

    I think I have the same issue and by now I'm a bit frustrated.

    Go to Preferences|Performance uncheck Enable OpenGL Drawing and see if that helps.

    Try resetting the Preferences file.

    Start Photoshop and immediately hold down Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows)

    or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS X).

    Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop Settings file?"
