Always get this bug in 3D - Spherical Paranoma

I do a few edits like using the healing brush, Skew - Transform, etc etc. It doesnt matter what I do. After about 15+ edits or so and spanning back and forth, I get this ERROR as show on the screenshot.

Everytime it happen!

Is this a bug?
