Question

Analyze image to do content-aware monochromatic enhancement

When I mouse over "Enhance Brightness and Contrast" in the "Auto Color Correction Options" in Curves and Levels - I'm seeing the tooltip:

analyze image to do content-aware monochromatic enhancement

I cannot find any information in the Support area on Adobe's website about the "Enhance Brightness and Contrast".

I made an initial assumption, probably wrongly, that it's just an auto version of Image > Adjustments > Brightness/Contrast... Now, I'm thinking it could be Adobe Sensei driven, because of the "content-aware" words.

Does anyone know what it does in reality?

Thanks

Laurence
