animating using photoshop

Can someone PLEASE help me with animating the call to action only in a banner ad using photoshop? I have an assignment for school that I am wirking on and the instruction say I have to animate the call to action

Like Bojan has said, we don't have the faintest idea what you need to animate from what you have told us.  What will you use as a call to action in this or another advert?  We are happy to help, but need at least some kind of brief.

Does it have to be for the spa in your example? Can it be something made up?

If the latter, then what is your area famous for?  Google tells me that amethysts are mined there, so you could design a graphic of a gem and animate that.  Perhaps have the message appear one character at a time in each faccet of the gem.

Does it have to be about Amethyst Bay?  Can it be to do with Thunder Bay which evokes angry clouds and lightning bolts.
