Animdessin2 doesn't work on Ps 20.0.4

Hi,

I try to install the plugin Animdessin2 on the last version of Photoshop (20.0.4). In My Exchange, the extension is marked as "install" but it doesn't appear in my Ps.

Is anyone else have the same problem ? Or any solution ?
