I bought the IPAD promax over 3 years ago thinking I could do photoshop and lightroom on it while traveling.  The difference between the IPAD version and the desk top version annoy me to death...and theres the issue of storage.  So Ive got another trip coming and my life would be so much easier if I could do work remotly.   I do a lot of composites.  I use a wacom. I dont want anything to replace my main system (its a monster desktop gaming computer, it cant be outdone), but I want something "just good enough" to allow me to keep up with work for a week at a time.  Id rather not spend a ton of money if I can help it.   Im confused witht the specs on laptops...specificly when it comes to the graphics card.  The descriptions are not matching what Adobe has in their list of requirements.  Can anyone help me?

Also...I use a PC, would it be mentaly challenging to have an apple laptop? Are they really that different?

please forgive my typos....

Get a good Window workstation class laptop with a good Nvidia GPU.  Make sure it will be able to run Windows 11 it comes out this month.  However, wait to Adobe announce Photoshop will run on windows 11 bfore you update the laptops from windows 10 to windows 11.

Do not get a Laytop with and ARM processor. Adobe is working on support supporting Apple M1 ARM processor  still Photoshop is not ready to support ARM processors.
