Annual plan cancellation fee

Can someone help me find out why I have to pay £90 to cancel an annual plan? I no longer have a job due to the pandemic and I can no longer afford the luxury of Adobe annual plan. I cant afford to pay £24 a month anymore but the alternative is £90 to cancel it? Surely this can't be right?
