Any experts in PS able to unmerge two photos?
Can anyone unmege this and tell me what it is exactly?

That's ismply a lens ghost/ flare from the light beaming in. A bit of basic color correction using the artefact's shape for a selection will remove it easily and in the bright spot a bit of cloning will be needed to restore the bark on the trees.
