Any way to change text/type shortcuts

Hey! I am trying to change shortcuts for type size, leading and kerning. But can't find this in photoshop under edit > Keyboard shortcuts.

    Photoshop has many shortcuts that do not show in menu and keyboard shortcuts the are also modifier keys that change how commands work and key like arrow keys the nudge things. These  can not be changed.  Some you may be able to record in an action that you assign a Fn key to.  Default keyboard shortcuts in Adobe Photoshop
