Anyone else having major performance issues with Photoshop 2021?

Been using photoshop professionally for decades. This version is the only one that has been this glitchy. Moving, transforming and resizing images has become a nightmare. Most times the selection box doesn't show up and sometimes the image disapears when you go to move it. And there is always severe herky jerky lag when moving or resizing. Also weird problems with the healing brush. Anyone else have mutliple issues with this version? I've searched for answeres. Turning settings on and off. Nothing seems to solve all the problems. 

Was hoping later updates would fix some of the problems but nothing has helped. This version seems like nothing but a huge downgrade.
