im trying to create the green part and the yellow and the right side of yellow, i would like to make the dark blue shape, but im mainly trying to make the other parts of the effect, and do you know the name of the effect or the techniques used. Thanks

I would use layers, gradients and transparency to create the effect. Each layer would have the pattern you desire. As far as the pattern or picture you would like to use search Adobe stock, create your own or find on the internet. Search photoshop patterns, there are a lot of free ones.
