anyone know where I can find a copy of this file?

I'm looking for:

EnableAllPluginsForSmartFilters.jsx

It used come with CS3. as far as I know, it works with newer versions. I googled it, but can't find a download anywhere. any suggestions?

This is an out-of-box-script. Look in your Photoshop folder --> scripting --> sample scripts

(But I don't know if in CC this also is located there.)
