Apply Spot Healing to every frame individually and automatically

The thing I want to spot heal is always located in the same spot in each image, however, the background changes.

In this case, I'm spot healing the text, and I must spot heal it automatically on every frame, because in my real project, it contains at least 300 layers.

---

So I tried spot healing with "Sample all layers" option activated, however, it doesn't keep reapplying the effect on that spot for each layer. It only applies the effect on the first layer and then replicates it to the others, so in this case, when the background color is changed, it keeps trying to apply the color of the first frame.

However, if I were to apply the Spot Healing tool manually in the exact same location, it would work.

So what I'm looking for is a way to Re-apply the spot healing in the exact same spot for each frame in the project.

I've uploaded a GIF on IMGUR to further explain the problem, it transitions image every 5 seconds.
